Oh. My. God.

I just died. Like - seriously. I think this little dude learned how to cast rebirth and used it on me so I could make this comment.

I am just in LOVE with the detail. Was this a pencil sketch first or totally done in Photoshop?

It was all done in Photoshop. Sketch was done in two different layers, then I set it to like 5%, and colored over.. Probably 30+ layers.
