Nice! I stumbled upon this while browsing hoodies on DA (and thus got to enjoy the rest of your gallery! ;)) It caught my attention because I'm actually working on my own druid hoodie as well, though mine is currently a tauren kitty. However, I'm planning to do a Nelf boomkin as a gift for a friend of mine. I really like your idea for the medallions and plumage. I'm still figuring out how complex I want to make mine, and I'm planning on doing both little antlers and pointy ears.

Yay laser chickens! My bear rear saves you all from your starfall aggro! ;)

That means a lot coming from you, Evion. I've been a fan of your work for the longest. Though I will say that it has been pretty hard coming up with the medallions for the hoodie, so I might end up making them out of fabric.

Yeah, I'm trying to keep design stuff pretty simple since I'm aiming to have several hoodies done for Christmas. My friend has some fabric medium that mixes with acrylic paint to make it work on fabric. I'm hoping that will work for doing simple shoulder emblems. Debating whether I want to do a double layer of "plumage" fabric or just leave it more implied... Will see once I get to that one! XD

I'll have to look for some nice beads for the drawstrings. I was thinking along similar lines to what you've got there, or just simple ones with moon/sun designs. Probably try to find some wood/ivory ones for my tauren druid. ;)

Oh! If you do ever get the ambition to work on this, fabric.com seems to have the best selection of sweatshirt fleece I've found. Their purple is decently dark, rather than overly bright.

I already got the fabric. It's gonna be a bit bright, but it's gonna be a test run during BlizzCon next week. :)

No idea, but I have an idea myself on how to make it work. The holes may not be large enough holes for one, but I was thinking of putting two on both sides. I dunno. I'll make it work I'm sure.

And heck yes I'll be taking pictures. My first BlizzCon!
